This Privacy Policy explains how STATUS10 Inc. (“Build in Public Challenge”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use buildinpublic.status10inc.com and the Build in Public Challengeprogram (the “Service”).

Information we collect

  • Waitlist & enrollment — your first and last name, email, and phone number when you join the waitlist or enroll.
  • Account & profile — your name, email, password (hashed), and any bio, social handles, links, or photo you add.
  • Payment — processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details (e.g. last-4, plan) but never store full card numbers.
  • Content — posts, comments, messages, check-in links, and onboarding answers you submit.
  • Usage — basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service reliable.

How we use it

  • To run the challenge — accounts, community, daily assignments, check-ins, and live calls.
  • To process payments.
  • To email and text you about the challenge (enrollment, reminders, and related offers). You can reply STOP or unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that protect it — including Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM, email & SMS), Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (email), Google (sign-in), and Vercel (hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to run the Service. Disabling them may prevent you from logging in.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect it, though no method is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and request a copy of it, by emailing hello@status10inc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those rights where they apply.

Children

The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
