Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theBuild in Public Challenge program, community, and platform at buildinpublic.status10inc.com (the “Service”), operated by STATUS10 Inc. (“Build in Public Challenge”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The challenge
Build in Public Challenge is a 21-day cohort challenge. Each cohort starts on a set date. Your purchase includes daily posting assignments, a private community, live group calls, and check-ins. Access lasts 30 days starting on Day 1 of your cohort, then ends. We may update, add to, or improve the Service over time.
2. Payment
Enrollment is a single one-time payment, charged at checkout. The price shown on the enrollment page at the moment you open checkout is the price you pay. Founding pricing, when offered, is limited to the number of spots stated and is first come, first served. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nothing recurs.
3. Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before Day 1 of your cohort — email hello@status10inc.com. Once your cohort’s Day 1 begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person and may not be shared. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
5. Community conduct
The community is a shared space. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content, spam, or others’ confidential information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The assignments, software, and other materials are owned by Build in Public Challenge and provided for your personal use during your enrollment. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We share strategies and coaching in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific follower, business, financial, or growth result — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build in Public Challenge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Questions: hello@status10inc.com.
